Intro to PDX Challenge Classes
Ramp Up & Launch Series is the preparation PDX Live and Challenge Series. In 12 classes Palmer breaks down her warm up, basic dance steps, Yoga and Stretch sequences, HIIT or interval training, and covers basic weight training technique.
This is the perfect class for beginners who need a more thorough explanation of movement and modification options.
Optimal dance/fit cross training series
