I'm so glad you found The Pamler Dance Experience, Optimal cross training with a foundation in dance. Combining movement, technique and having fun is the trifecta for building life long healthy habits.  

Here at PDX I focus on posture, technique and getting a great workout.  Being a dancer I tailor my workouts to build a long lean body without skimping on strength or cardio endurance.
