PRIVATE CONSULATION: Because I want to know YOU and want to be the most effective coach for YOU,  I am offering a 15 minute consultation to discuss....YOU!  What are your goals and obstacles?  Any injuries? What stage in your life are you in? Do you prefer red or white?  Black or with cream and sugar? I am here for you!

ACCESS TO ENTIRE PDX LIBRARY: Unlimited, On Demand, access to all of the PDX recorded classes.

ACCCOUNTABLITY: Showing up LIVE is a great way to create accountability for yourself.  Need an extra reminder for Live Classes? Add yourself to the PDX Text List or What's App reminders for my international crowd.

VIDEO ON OR OFF?

In Private sessions you will keep your camera on so I can see your form and give corrections.

Group classes: It's up to you.  I will be spotlighted for the group so your "zoom square" will only be visible to me.  

WHAT'S THE LIBRARY?

All workouts are edited and uploaded into your PDX Library.  Your "Products" appear in "My Library" Most Zoom classes will appear in the PDX Live Product.

CAN MY PARENTS AND CHILDREN USE MY ACCOUNT?

Anyone in the same household may share your PDX account. As a mother of two grown children, not only do I approve, but I highly encourage you to include your family!   

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

You're membership will renew at the end of 30 or 90 days automatically.  You can end your subscription at anytime. You will be able to access your account until the end of your 30 days. However if you subscribed under a special  discount I cannot guarantee you will be able to renew at the same price.  Please contact me to discuss and make a plan.
